Most of the ATS is usually work they like all the ATS players mentioned that they work on AI. But AI is next level thing, they usually it's more of NLP and word matching, right like so it compares whatever job description has been put by the recruiter onto that particular platform. And then it got linked to an ATS. And whatever applicants are coming, people are applying for that particular job from different portals, they tend to match the keywords once again, as I was mentioning, right, then put pick keywords from the job description and put it into your resume and you have more chances to get shortlisted. And apart from that, obviously, right like open source, competitive programming and all other stuff, if you're able to put it right, there are multiple platforms right now, which offers competitive programming, right, where you can learn, you can mentor and you can do a lot of competitive programming, there are hackathons going all over the world, challenges going on. So try to as much as you can accommodate there get good ranking on those platforms. And that's where ATS picks right in first place is pick from the keywords like what exactly like, for example, that these are the same keywords what we put in in an ATS, and while we are sourcing profiles, right? And those keywords are what we wanted to hire, what we want the candidate should have, for example, as I mentioned, fundamentals, right, what technology we are hiring for what framework we are hiring for? What databases we need, concern person should we have? Do they have a GitHub profile or not? Do they have a profile on over StackOverflow or not? There are many platforms just these are two famous ones, and some were mentioning them. So are they are they doing good competitive programming outside or not? hackathons? Have they have won or not? So all these criterias we look at while filtering and ATS, we put the same keywords what we fill during searches. So K ATS tends to pick up it gives to it gives usually a ranking on those profiles that this guy, for example, so that has put you know, I'm good with data structures and algorithms I have made for projects using Python, you know, Golang, or maybe other technologies write Java for report. For that matter. I am well versed with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, right? And in case if you're able to jot down few other pointers as well, the ATS tend to pink pick that particular profile. Okay. So that's profile matches to your requirement 90%. And that's where it will stack one on the list. So as much as you put in keywords, the ATS tend to pick that particular profile and then probably it comes to recruiter where they have to actually see what sort of projects they have done. You know, if things have been highlighted enough to capture recruiters attention or not, and then different, depending upon the profile recruiter, take that into consideration and take that up.
