Roles & Responsibilities:
● You will be a part of the central team that works directly with the founders on solving interesting and large-impact problems across the organisation.
● Independently managing large projects and programs within the organisation across various products, operations, partnerships and investor relations.
● Responsible for analysing, structuring and solving select business problems within various teams.
● Work with the members of our Executive Team to drive key company level initiatives.
● Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

● Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact.
What You Need To Have
● Experience in Scaling up Business from #0to1 to #1to10
● Expertise in setting up B2C, B2B and various other sales and marketing processes
● Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to form relationships and build networks
● Experience in leading cross-functional teams and work ● Strong xcel and analytical Skills
