Roles & Responsibilities: 

You will be a part of the central team that works directly with the founders on solving interesting and large-impact problems across the organisation. 

Independently managing large projects and programs within the organisation across various products, operations, partnerships and investor relations. 

Responsible for analysing, structuring and solving select business problems within various teams. 

Work with the members of our Executive Team to drive key company level initiatives. 

Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth. 

As a Growth specialist, you get an opportunity to learn and contribute in a fast paced dynamic environment. Also you get complete freedom to do things to meet the objectives. 

Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact. 

What You Need To Have 

● Experience in Scaling up Business from #0to1 to #1to10 

● Expertise in setting up B2C, B2B and various other sales and marketing processes

● Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to form relationships and build networks 

● Experience in leading cross-functional teams and work ● Strong xcel and analytical Skills
