Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordination with the International customers for export orders, new products proposal for the registration & immediate orders.
• Regular coordination with the internal teams like regulatory, artwork, SCM, Finance, purchase & QA.
• Assisting the country managers in day to day work activities.
• Preparation of the export orders tracker sheet on a day to day basis.
• Preparation of monthly MIS report.
• Solving queries of the customers through emails regarding the shipments.
• Timely collection of receivables from clients.
• Coordination with the supply chain team for the pending orders under production.
• Coordinating with the regulatory team for the dossier schedule and taking follow-ups for ongoing registrations.
• Keeping track of promotional items planned for individual countries.

Other requirements

• MBA (International Business/Marketing) or Graduation under Any stream with
• Exposure to International Regulatory Affairs & Registration procedures
• Exposure to International Marketing operations
• Analytical & Strategic thinker with problem solving skills

• Good Operational knowledge of Export documentations activities
