You could check out some short term stock market courses (NISM for instance) for better understanding of the technical know-hows… After that you would be confident enough to apply to the Investment Banks, Mutual Funds and other Investment Management consultancy firms… A few of the firms that actively hire for such positions are HDFC Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential AMC, Reliance (Nippon) MF, IDFC, DSP Mutual Fund and many others.
