Banks like Goldman, JPMC, and Morgan Stanley do hire undergraduates that have the required skillsets and the work ethic since the hours required are as high as 14-16 hours / day. Try to get a grip over the concepts of finance, accounting and valuations and start applying to the bulge brackets and other banks as you go down the list. Although the work might not be as front-end as you’d expect but you still have a chance to get your foot in if you prepare well and network aggressively.
