Hi Harshit, CFA L1 can act as a great primer for you to get access to the Finance roles being offered in the industry, simply because of the fact that it's reputable, atleast in India, and let's the hiring managers assume you know the basics of the job you're applying for and have done your research. Having said that, will you get entry level roles just by doing the level 1? I doubt, for that you have to tell which university you went to, any internship experiences, and what type of finance firms you're applying to? If you're from an IIT/BITS then yeah, you're more likely to get recruited by a finance firm through on campus recruiting if you play your card right. Otherwise, it would not be easy for you to break into tier 1 firms without an MBA or at least some relevant experience. Hope that helps :)
