Neeha

Neeha Nagpal has been working as a Lawyer in India for over a decade now. She is a graduate from the University of Warwick, England, where she studied BA [Hons] Law and Business Studies. From there she went on to do her LL.M in International Economic Law at the University of Warwick itself. Neeha has a Diploma in the Law of Private Equity Investment in India from the online learning platform NotJustLEx. Neeha has vast commercial- law and litigation experience at the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Competition Commission of India.Neeha has also advised Clients in transactions relating to re-structuring of Companies and Media/TV show productions. She has worked on several International Commercial Arbitrations representing Telecom Companies.
