Dunzo is a 24x7 delivery app that makes your city more accessible by getting the best of it at your doorstep. You can order grocery, food, medicines, send packages within the city or even use Dunzo to commute from one place to another. Currently operational in-Bangalore, Pune, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai and Jaipur.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze and identify supply chain opportunities for essentials business by setting up primary, secondary and tertiary supply chain to solve for constant selection availability.
- Onboarding of new suppliers including local distributors and master stockists, closing terms of trade & margin commercials.
- Automation of Reordering of goods for Essential stores.
- Planning and performing Local Procurement at daily level for perishable items and twice in a week for non-perishable items of all stores.
- Work towards key metrics related to SKU depth, selection coverage of Top SKUs, process optimization, and operational planning for IWIT.
- Account Management of existing brands:
- Monitor fill rate of suppliers and vendor performance.
- Monitor and coordinate new product listings, marketing campaigns, and user promotions.
- Revision of Margins and ToTs with the increasing scale of business.
Other requirements
- A good understanding of the retail business is an advantage. However, having a strong sense of business is sufficient.
- Program management skills, interpersonal communication skills - Ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain management will be an advantage.
- Have a fire in your belly to get out of your comfort zone and build the business from the ground up.
- Ability to drive decisions with data.
- Work with some really smart people, and still raise the bar for all of us.
