Roles and Responsibilities

• Should have strong customer grievances handling and team handling experience
• Should have prior work experience in ticketing system like Freshdesk, Zohodesk, etc.
• Should have leadership qualities and quick in understanding root cause issues and fix them at the earliest
• Should be strong in process creation and execution of the same
• Good experience in working with MS excel, MS Word.
• Quick learner and have zeal to pick up new challenges
• Problem solving approach and strong interpersonal skill, structured thinking
• Ability to work independently and provide the best customer services.

Other Requirements

• Should have good written and spoken communication skills
• Should be smart and a hard worker
• Should be B.E with fair knowledge of programming languages
• Team Player & good individual contributor.
• Open to work in different shifts.
