Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparation of Executive Summary, CMA Data & related documents,
- Coordinating deal execution process between team members, client etc. Examine the financial data of the entity i.e. Profit /Loss Statement & Balance sheet to get clarity on the financial health of an organization
- Assessment of an entity from a business aspect to understand their business solvency status.
- Financial Analysis, Bank Statements Analysis, Sensitivity Analysis, Collateral, etc. for getting the idea about the doability of the proposal.
- Liaising with Banks & Handling the entire process of Pre & Post Sanction activities, Enhancement of limits, credit rating renewal, Solving Queries raised by the Credit Team of Banker/ Analyst of rating agencies.
- Book keeping work of firm.

- Financial Statement reading skills & Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Relationship building & Client Handling Skills.
- Proficient in MS office & Excel.
- Understanding of clients business, Industry and Competitive landscape.
- Effective communication skills, both spoken and written
