Roles and Responsiblities

• Creation of client & colleague metric-based insights spanning all markets and channels across GCS International. Expectations include:
• Development of automated monthly regulatory, compliance and audit reporting.
• Ongoing production of standard and ad-hoc reporting.
• Streamlining, enhancing & standardizing existing front-end reports and back-end code & data sets.
• Performing analysis and providing recommendations as required.
• Supporting projects & processes in areas such as
• Global, international & regional projects and initiatives.
• Ad-hoc and other activities
• Colleague engagement
• Partnering with key stakeholders such as
• Operational Excellence
• Regional PPI teams
• Business Partners such as Technologies, Sales Operations and Business Enablement (SABE), Product, Marketing, Global Commercial Analytics (GCA), Risk, etc
• Business planners & analysts, etc.
• Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timeliness in all activities and compliance with American Express Information Security Standards

Other Requirements

• Expertise in SQL, HIVE and Python
• Strong Excel Experience
• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Base SAS programming and Enterprise Guide knowledge.
• Tableau
• Salesforce.com
• Unix knowledge and experience
