●       This is the next big disruption in the ecommerce space and a big game changer for brand / business owners who now have a chance to monetize their brand / businesses and become serial entrepreneurs. 

●       We are an ecommerce aggregator – We acquire, streamline and scale ecommerce brands / merchants selling on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shop clues etc. Post which we nurture and grow them. Our goal is to acquire 30-50 brands /merchants in the next 2-3 years.

●       This is a unique platform where a financial professional will get a flavor of Analytics, business and rapid acquisitions and build the organization from the ground up. With the initial aim to outsource transaction work, this position has an opportunity to work on structures, process, and M&A. 

Roles and Responsiblities

The Process executive will perform accurate, and timely following tasks –

  • Accurate recording of Revenue from Ecommerce platforms and offline sales, settlement reconciliations, proper accounting of Unbilled Revenue and other assigned tasks in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Reconcile the accounts ledgers to ensure that all invoices are accounted for and properly posted
  • Perform daily payment application of receivable along with recording return and refunds.
  • Active review of the debtors Aging, cash settlements and timely follow-up for the closures.
  • Reconciling movement of stock with inventory management tool, marketplaces and books.
  • Identifying and communicating all the challenges and GAPS in process followed of AR and work towards the resolution of the same.
  • Ensure timely submission of Month end closure activities and reporting's  
  • Coordinate with Tech / Product team in case of error or communication issue between ERP and Database
  • Liaise with business lines and functions on training them on the AR process documents.
  • Handling Day to Day queries from all the stakeholders with regards AR

Background & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce from an accredited university
  • Good understanding of O2C process with minimum 2 to 5 years of experience.
  • Experience of working in startup preferably in ecommerce segment
  • Competent knowledge and hands-on experience on MS Excel and proprietary software.
  • Hands on Zoho Books will be an add on advantage.
  • Basic understanding of GST and TDS

Location: Gurugram

Reports to: Assistant Manager - Fin Ops (AR).

Experience- 2-5 years
