It has been years we’ve been juggling with this though, isn’t it?

When we were say, 6 years old, our families or being honest ‘relatives’ were always like “What do you wanna pursue as a career?”

There was a pool of suggestions having options like being an engineer, a doctor, a teacher, and something called ‘just get into a government job’.

But, we youngsters know that choosing a career like this is equivalent to making a joke out of our lives, you would agree, right?

Then how can we look at the bigger picture? How should we avoid the typical thoughts that are inculcated in our minds? How do we stand out?

GenZ above all has and is facing problems based on pressure. We at Seekho are highly inclined toward providing the perfect resources people would need to get into the career of their choice.

How to channel that pressure to bring an output, let’s learn it in our style!

  1. With great power comes great responsibility.

This generation has got that urge to take all small and big decisions by themselves. That is a huge responsibility in itself. Learning something theoretically and implementing it are two different things.

So firstly, focus on getting to learn everything practically. That’s what we help you do at Seekho too.

If someone says, you can find a sum using the formula =sum(A: B) on excel GO TRY THAT OUT YOURSELF.

Be curious enough, be energetic, have that perception, and the knowledge obviously.

Don’t limit yourself by just knowing what’s out there. Try it!

These days, we’re hearing data analysis as a skill is on a boom. Don’t just accept this and run after learning data analysis. Research about it, discuss it with experts, explore what its contents are, and finally introspect if you want to get into it.

If you’re taking the decision-making on your shoulders, be sure that you have got responsibilities.

Quoting Emma Watson, “Remember you have a family to feed, not a community to impress.”

So, follow what you like, not what is working for people. Have your own stance.

  1. You are stronger than you believe. You have greater powers than you know.

Never underestimate your abilities and give yourself negative self-talk. The kind of perception you have for yourself speaks a lot about your personality and the person you become as a professional. For some tips and tricks, you can check out the personality development courses on our Seekho website and app.

Never say, “I can’t do this.” Instead, try saying, “I’m not fully positive but I’ll do my best.”

Be sure about your decision and then just DON’T GIVE UP. Fight for what you want. It can be a job, a skill, a course, or an opportunity. If you’re certain you’ll nail it, do it.

Be a stubborn 2-year-old when it comes to something you want. Convince your parents, give them a clear idea of what you want, take that risk, build what you want, and believe in yourself.

Why?

All this because it’s okay to give yourself multiple chances to become what you want to. You are more than just a human trying to earn money. You are a living being with a brain that can change the world. So, why not?

Don’t be so afraid to follow your own voice kyunki darr ke aage jeet hai!

  1. That’s the real trouble with the world. Too many people grow up.

“It takes 21 days to make something your habit”, it’s a pretty famous phrase. But, it takes the exact same time to give that up. How? In a country full of people and a growing population, we have to be unique.

One day you wake up saying, “I’ll go to the gym” than you even go for several days but one day again you’re like “I’m tired I wanna sleep”.  This leads to a pause in your routine and soon before you realize YOU HAVE LOST YOUR HABIT, KID! Everyone is not the same bro.

This further leads to demotivation and even some family not-so-fun environments because you then get to hear stuff like “gym jaane ki dedication hai nahi, yeh start-up karenge.” Oops! Relatable, right?

So, what to do now?

Inculcate dedication, be comfortable with what you’re pushing yourself to do, and finally, practice patience as you won’t get everything in a fraction of seconds.

SUMMING UP

Be confident (not overconfident) about what you’re running after and perseverant when it comes to following your passion. As OnePlus says, “Never settle” and you shouldn’t, right?

So, build your career in the correct way from scratch. We are always here to help you, enroll in as many courses as you want and learn what you want from the expert mentors.
