To be considered Paytm’s Product Manager, you should have 4-6 years of work experience in software engineering or technology management/leadership roles. You should demonstrate your ability to think strategically about business problems while also having the strong technical skills to build solutions that meet customer needs.

What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? How have you dealt with weaknesses in the past? Are there any areas where you need improvement?

This is a test, and to put your best self forward, you should only portray yourself as an honest, responsible, and aware candidate, irrespective of your core strengths or weaknesses.

Most hiring managers will ask this question, so be prepared with examples of both. Try to focus on strengths that relate directly. For example, if the job posting says “excellent communication skills“, then talk about an instance when you have successfully communicated with others in the past.
